In partnership with Morning Consult, Visa commissioned a global research project to take a closer look at remittance patterns, instances, digital app adoption, and barriers for frictionless remittance payments.
The study spanned 20 countries across North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East from December 2023 to March 2024, surveying nearly 45,000 remittance senders and receivers.
