Visa is deploying new EMV 3DS Directory Server (DS) instances in India to further support the operational resilience and availability of its authentication solutions for transactions originating from India-located 3DS Servers. The new DS instances will be in Bangalore (OCIB), and Mumbai (OCIM). Existing DS instances (OCC, OCE and OCB) will remain in use for transactions originating from outside India. All ACS endpoints globally and 3DS Server endpoints that are located in India are required to make changes to their system configurations to allow traffic to and from the new data centers.
